The Small Print
We prefer personal cheque or cash as settlement
of your stay. We require a minimum of one night's tariff
or one-half of the expected total (whichever is larger)
as a guarantee for your accommodation. We would appreciate
the balance on arrival. Although we have a one-week cancellation
policy we will make every effort to resell any unused space
on your behalf. Please confirm your arrival time when you
make your reservation. Checkout time is generally 11:00am
unless otherwise arranged. Springbank House is a non-smoking
residence.
Room rates are subject to GST (5%). For our international
guests, the GST may be refunded through application at the
port of entry to Canada.
